The main objective of the study was to develop a program for the Ministry of local Government which will be used for the establishment of socio-economic, sustainable and viable rural settlements in Rwanda where various aspects including: crop production, soil fertility management, infrastructure and housing, land conflict mediation, land compensation, social-economy, SME and livestock.
